RATES
- Shipping within Canada only.
- Order value $150.00 and under before taxes = flat rate $20.
- Order value $150.01 and over before taxes = free.
- Bikes and some heavy and/or oversized items will incur an additional shipping surcharge - calculated at checkout.
FULLFILLMENT
How long will it take to get my order?
- Orders typically ship from our store within 3 business days.
- Typical delivery is within 2-7 business days from the date we ship, depending on your location and how busy the shipper is.
- Items marked as ‘In Warehouse’ are offsite adding an additional day or 2 to the shipping estimate above.
- Items marked as 'Special Order (2-3 Days)' will be ordered from our supplier - adding an additional 2-3 days to the shipping estimate above.
- Some items, including bikes, will require additional time for assembly and/or preparation for shipping.
Can I track my order?
- We ship with Purolator and Canada Post.
- Tracking information will be sent to you when the order ships.
What do I do if I made a mistake on my order?
- Contact us right away. We can edit your order provided it hasn’t shipped.

RETURNS
Can I return my order?
- As long as the product is new, unused, and in its original packaging we can accept a return for a refund within 30 days.
- Bicycles must be returned within 7 days.
- Items marked as ‘Clearance / Final Sale’ are not eligible for return.
- Any shipping paid on the original order is non-refundable.
- Any labour fees are non-refundable.
- Customer is responsible for any shipping costs related to the return.
- Returns can be initiated by emailing orders@lynnvalleybikes.com.
Exclusions, cannot be returned:
- Nutritional/food products.
- Clothing with liners, chamois.
- Custom assembled items such as wheel builds.
- Items marked ‘Clearance / Final Sale’.
What do I do if I have warranty questions?
- All items are covered by the manufacturers warranty.
